KibanWMS is a cloud-based Warehouse Management System. The left sidebar provides access to all modules: Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management, Billing, Reports, Approvals, Admin, Custom Apps, AI Assistant, and Settings.

Environment Indicator
- UAT — Amber strip at top of page; all data is test data
- PROD — No amber strip; live warehouse data
Important
Always verify you are in the correct environment before performing any operations. Changes in PROD affect live inventory.
User Session & Idle Timeout
The system monitors activity. Green dot = Active, Grey dot = Idle. Sessions auto-lock after inactivity.
Switching Warehouse
Use the warehouse selector dropdown at the bottom of the sidebar to switch between warehouses.
