Product master
Masters → Products

Products are held per storer with their codes, descriptions, dimensions and regulatory data. Because HS code and licensing sit on the product record, the compliance data on a document comes from the master rather than from whoever typed the document.

Units of measure
Masters → Products → UOM

Each product carries its units and the conversions between them — piece, case, pallet — with a base unit that stock is held in. Receiving in cases and picking in pieces is a conversion, not a separate product.

Lottable definitions
Masters → Products → Lottables

Lottables are the batch-level attributes a product is tracked by — batch number, manufacture date, expiry date and client-specific fields. They are defined per product, and can be set as mandatory so a line will not confirm without them.

A separate definition controls which lottables the RF device prompts for, so the scanner asks for what the floor actually needs to capture rather than every field on the record.

Customer profiles
Admin → Customer Profiles

A read-only view of each storer as a commercial account: customer and sub-customer, facility type, industry, storage type, product category and sub-category, and the point of contact with phone and email. The applicable tariffs are shown alongside.

This screen only reads. Editing stays in storer configuration, so there is one place a profile is changed.
