Bonded and free-trade-zone operations run against a customs permit. The LGP master holds each permit with its number, issue date, expiry, issuing authority and the storer it belongs to.

Permits move to expired automatically once the date passes — the status reflects the calendar rather than someone remembering to change it.
Bonded stock has to reconcile against the permit it entered under. The balance view shows what came in under each permit against what has since left, which is the figure a customs authority asks for.
Pharmaceutical handling depends on valid licences at both ends of a movement, so licences are held for four entity types:

Each licence records its number, type (wholesale, retail, manufacturing, import, distribution), the drug schedules it covers (H, H1, X, G, OTC, C, C1), issuing authority and state, and validity dates.
Where a warehouse is flagged for cold chain or GDP, temperature and humidity capture and a GDP confirmation become part of the gate pass, so the condition of a vehicle is recorded at the point of arrival rather than reconstructed later.
Some orders should not ship on the warehouse's say-so. Those orders queue for customer-service approval and wait in PENDING until they are approved or rejected; rejection requires a reason.
Both outcomes write an audit row of type CS_APPROVAL recording who acted, when, and the status either side of the decision.
